There is something about the forest…a quiet intelligence that holds life, mystery, and healing all at once.

Nothing rushes there.
Nothing performs.

Everything belongs—the fallen, the growing, the unraveling, the becoming.

The Emerald Tent is inspired by this living field. It is a space designed to mirror the qualities of the forest—where you are held as you are, and where something within you is allowed to shift, soften, or quietly emerge.

The Emerald Tent is an immersive experience designed to support your nervous system—through atmosphere, story, and shared human presence.

When you enter, you’ll step into a softly lit, forest-inspired environment…a space created to help the body settle naturally, without effort.

This brief share is here to introduce the container—so that when you arrive, you can simply settle in and immerse into the experience.

The experience unfolds in a simple, guided sequence.

We begin with a short, archetypal story—something timeless and human—offered as a way to open a deeper layer of reflection, especially around moments of unraveling and emergence.

There’s nothing to interpret or figure out…just a chance to listen and notice what resonates.

From there, we move into gentle breath and supported, yin-style postures—subtle invitations for the body to release and for the nervous system to regulate.

Everything is optional, and you’re always free to adjust…opting in or out according to what rises within you.

You’ll then organically move into small triads— groups of three—where each person has a few minutes to reflect on the question that arises from the story.

There is no fixing or advising here—just a sharing of your name, a simple hello within the triad, and then listening…and the experience of being heard.

Time is gently held by your guide, so all can flow in and out of sharing with ease.

Throughout the experience, the soft tone of a singing bowl will signal each transition—including your return from the triads back to your mat, where you’ll be invited to lie on your back and drop into the quiet wonder of a guided forest journey.

Here, you are welcome to fully surrender…and allow your senses to drift.

From this place of deep rest, we gently rise together into a simple, collective humming—led by the women of the Beautiful Chorus.

This is a soft and powerful way of bringing the body into resonance and cohering the shared field of the group.

Afterward, you’re invited to remain for an afterglow—a time to deepen connection and break bread together over warm lentil stew and soft bread, prepared to be dairy and gluten free.

This is a space for slowing down, for sensing, and for being with what is—in the presence of others doing the same.

You don’t need to bring anything but your yoga mat, a soft pillow, and your open heart

We are so glad you are coming. Your essence brings wholeness to the human family of us.
