• Therapy or counseling

Participation is voluntary and intended for personal reflection and community connection, not diagnosis or treatment.

 

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in Emerald Tent offerings unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Participation & Personal Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing

• You may choose your level of participation at all times

• You may step away from any activity if it does not feel supportive

 

You agree to engage with respect, care, and personal accountability.

 

Payments & Fees

Emerald Tent circles are intentionally small, and each place in the circle is held with care.

All Emerald Tent gatherings include a circle fee. Payments are processed through third-party platforms (such as Stripe).

 

Circle fees are non-refundable once a place is held. If an unexpected circumstance prevents attendance, participants may reach out to receive a one-time courtesy place in a future circle. Where noted in the circle description, a place may also be shared with another person with advance notice.
 

Cancellations & Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify event details (time, location, format)

• Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances

 

If an event is canceled by The Emerald Tent, you will be notified and offered either:

• A refund (if applicable), or

• Credit toward a future event

 

Community Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Honor confidentiality within group settings

• Speak from personal experience

• Refrain from harassment, disruption, or harmful behavior

 

We reserve the right to remove any participant who compromises the safety or integrity of the gathering.

 

Intellectual Property

All original content on the Site (excluding participant contributions) is the property of The Emerald Tent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use Emerald Tent materials without written permission.

Photography & Media

Some events may involve photography or documentation. Participation constitutes consent unless you opt out in writing prior to the event.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Emerald Tent from any claims arising from your participation or violation of these Terms.
